“Grace That Multiplies”
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 4:15

“For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.”

Devotion:
The apostle Paul reminds believers that God’s work in their lives has a greater purpose than they may immediately see. We may experience hardships, suffering, and persecution, but those experiences are not for naught. They were part of God’s plan to extend grace to more and more people. Paul says that “all things are for your sakes.” This means that even the challenges believers face can be used by God to accomplish something good. Through the spreading of the gospel and the testimony of faithful believers, God’s grace continues to reach others.

Grace also leads to thanksgiving. As more people experience God’s grace, their hearts respond with gratitude, which brings more glory to God and multiplies grace as it moves from one person to another through our worship, testimony and fellowship with others. As grace spreads, thanksgiving grows. And as thanksgiving grows, God is glorified. Every life touched by His grace becomes another reflection of His goodness in the world.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the abundant grace You have shown in my life. Use my life to share Your grace with others. Let my words, actions, and testimony point people toward You. May Your grace continue to spread to many people, and may every life touched by Your love bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
